The YMCA’s Kids Need Heroes program makes it possible for children, adults and entire families to obtain membership and belong to our Buehler Y family. With your help, we provide financial support during times of need. Last year alone, the Buehler YMCA gave back to the community over $138,000 in financial assitance for membership and programming. We never turn anyone away baseb on his or her ability to pay; Everyone Belongs!
We really believe we have a responsibility to the communities we serve, especially the children that rely on our programs day in and day out. Your contributions give them a chance to learn positive character values while experiencing a variety of sports programs and challenge-education activities. Your contributions also give their parents and grandparents the opportunity to experience the Y, play together, and enjoy quality time as a family.

- A gift of $25 will provide a one-month youth membership
- A gift of $50 will provide a pre-school class session
- A gift of $185 will provide a week of summer day camp
- A gift of $300 will provide a one-year youth membership
- A gift of $350 will provide one year for Senior Fit for an adult
- A gift of $600 will provide a one-year senior adult membership
- A gift of $624 will provide a one-year adult membership
- A gift of $924 will provide a one-year family membership
- A gift of $1850 will provide day camp for the entire summer for one child
- A gift of $2232 will provide after-school care for one child for a year
